In Lucknow on 25 of the month, Advocates from all over UP marched to meet CM Mayawati regarding socail welfare but the were warmly welcomed with the Lathi's of the Irresponsible Cop's of the DICTATOR.
Reactionary today, advocates went on strike ( state wide ) against the inhuman act.
M P Singh (President District Bar Barabanki ), Yogendra Singh (General Secretry District Bar Barabanki ) lead the Strike in Barabanki.
Were they Right For their decision of Strike....??? A Big unanswered Question...

ReplyDeleteThe lathi charge incident was widely covered by media and i am aware of it. These politicians use police as their tool to hide their corrupt practices and criticism. At the same time, Lawyers too are a force which can reply them (The politicians as well as police) in their own language. I suggest that be united, decide that none of you would take up any case of these politicians as well as police men and then plan a strategy through which you can implicate more and more politicians and police men in court cases. let them face the heat and come to you. They need to be paid back in their own buck. BTW, strike won't be much effective against these cruel people.
